Anyone have the breakdown of Soviet Corps appearance broken down by date and type(Cav, Armor, Inf). For instance how many Soviet Tank Crops were brought into service in 1942 and what were the dates.

For Tank Corps look here:

Can't vouch for accuracy.

cav Corps:

For all these wiki articles you may want to check the russion wiki version (if existing) using a translator as that may provide additional information

Thank you all for the links. I was just curious if someone may have already mapped this out in a spreadsheet ;-P

There is Soviet OOB per month (on first day of month) in Russian. So I don't know if it could be helpfull.
http://www.soldat.ru/files/f/boevoj_sostav_sa_1942.pdf for 1942
page 256 and below - summary spreadsheets, there you can find data about Corps too (Rifle,Cav,Tank,Mech,Airborne, etc.)
If you need others years - change "1942" in the URL, there are 5 parts of this data

E.g. Corps
(on 1 Nov 42):
Rifle - 14 (in active army), 6 (in Stavka reserve), 7(in Military Districts and non-active fronts)
Cav - 7 (in active army), 2(in in Military Districts and non-active fronts)
Airborne - 8(in Military Districts and non-active fronts)
Tank - 10 (in active army), 5 (in Stavka reserve), 6 (in Military Districts and non-active fronts)
Mech - 5 (in active army), 1 (in Military Districts and non-active fronts)
Air - 6 (in active army), 4 (in Stavka reserve)
PVO (AA artillery) - 2

Ya it was also brought up in the past that basically the AP limits don't allow the soviets to even build a historical soviet army. Since Corps cost to many AP.

Not to mention the support units as well...look at the 1942 set up compared to what you can actually build by then from the 1941 set up....its extremely obvious.
