Game won't run

Just tried to run this on my new machine, Win 10, but it says something wrong with serial as configured? What do I have to redownload and reinstall or something? And how? I got this a long time ago, don't remember much about it.

You should just run the installation files and enter the serail number when asked. There is nothing special needed to be done.

He got it to run, had to reinstall but all is well as far as I know.
