I have two Miltiarist next to me. One of them recently changed rom Isolöationist to Federalist.
I tried to play the "Non-Agression Pact" Major Regime Strategem on them. But it says "The Faction in Power does not support that Pact".

They also have a Cold Status at a relationship score of 100. Wich seems a bit odd.

Weren't Federalists suppsoed to be the Diplomatic bunch of the Militarists?

They also seem to hate Scientific Cooperation (241 difficulty).
And ever since they dropped from "Friend" to "Cold", I can not "Ask for Help" anymore either.
Both despite 100 Relations.

A open contact (that the previously ruling Isolationists proposed!) is all I got with them.
