Visual glitch with strategic movement

When a unit is selected in strategic movement mode and the button to minimize the bottom bar is pressed map graphics are inverted. Triggers when bottom bar is either visible or minimized. Selecting another movement mode resets. Started a brand new game and reproduced with attached images. On version 1.03.
