Using 1.03 beta 2

Been increasing soldier salary by calling the secretary every turn since it keeps resetting to zero and when I set it and confirm there is no message saying soldier moral increasing from it.

Updated to beta 3 and checking treasury report and shows no pay increase no matter how many times I try to increase it or turns I let go by.

Does it only add a moral bonus and not actually change the salary? So more like a one time bonus check to the soldiers?

Second pic is next turns treasury report showing no increase.

3rd pic is called secretary to confirm no pay increase. Workers are also paid in millicredits and when I check on their pay in the treasury report it shows their pay in millicredits.

Maybe i broke something with an earlier v103 beta. I added in the secretary payment option...
Will look at this first thing tomorrow.
