"Happy Family" feat does not imporve relations?

One of my leaders has a "Happy Family" feat (a 2FP cost stratagem) that should improve relations by +2 per turn, but does not seem to be affected by it. The relation just stays at the natural relation point currently.

Does the feat by chance have an impact on the Natural Realtions Point? You can see the details under Management -> Leaders -> Natural Relations Point.
Chances are it was simply changed to a effect on the NRP.

Is the bug fixed yet? Don't see Happy Family mentioned in the change log
Just rolled this stratagem...

it works. but the effect is not logged and the mouse over can be improved as well.

I think the same goes for the gifted estate and company feats.
