Improved stacked counters

Integration of something like this graphics mod into the base game. The counters and stacks are much easier to see.
That said, I haven't stacked 16 counters in a hex to see the results.

Hi, a small graphic mod so that it is better noticed when there is more than one counter in a hex, I did it for me but I share them in case anyone is interested.
