Not getting hi tech parts from card.

I used the 5 fate card it said I got 36 hi tech parts NONE were delivered. This is in 1.3beTA not the latest but only 1 away.
are you sure than its not in stock in a different zone? if you dont have a good supply chain they could be storaged on a different zone and not in the SHQORIGINAL: Twotribes
