Minor UI Graphics Effect/Bug

Per the image, a minor graphics effect/bug. Selecting the VIDCOM window with the left mouse button causes a black shadow effect to fill the area behind the window. Using left-mouse repeatedly increases the effect. Hovering over the OK button causes the effect to disappear.
