3.1.0.7 Vichy Oil Growing 1 Per Turn.

Just noticed this bug which manifested over the last two turns with 3.1.0.6 & 3.1.0.7. When Germany declared Vichy 2 turns ago, Vichy had 1 saved oil in Damascus, Syria. Two turns later they now have three.

For the game save let me see if I can find the last save I had where Vichy had 1 oil.

Ok, I was able to find/create a game file just before the saved Vichy oil grows by 1. Vichy oil saved in Damascus grows by 1 you click on the "Done Production" button for Soviet production.

I had the same thing happen. See my thread called "Phantom Vichy Oil", which so far the developer has not responded to. Possibly he overlooked it.

Do you also have oil growing in Hoikado? I have seen that before.

I've noticed the same thing happening in the netplay game I'm playing with Gerry, yesterday, regarding CW saving oil in Iraq...
