Red Steel Not Loading OOB from Red Star

Has anyone else encountered this problem? RED STEEL asks me: "Create a custom OOB?" I answer no, and . . . nothing happens. No button or prompt appears to load my OOB from RED STAR. What gives?! (Panzer Corps NEVER had this problem: Load a previous core force? Yes! :::click::: DONE!) Why did such a simple process get fouled up here?! I just don't get it.

Matrix rep? Hello? Anyone monitoring this board?
To be clear: Whether you answer yes or no to the "Create a custom OOB?" question, RED STEEL does not load your OOB from RED STAR. Have there been any other reports of this happening? Am I doing something wrong? (I anticipated RED STEEL loading my OOB from a finished RED STAR campaign w/o a problem.)
