This is also Unity 2019 engine. Try and use DirectX 12.

Change fighter bombers advancements gets a boost
Change tank destroyer bonus changed from +2 to +3
Changed broke down all the French corps in North Africa to divisions
Changed the number of units France needs to keep in the colonies to prevent Italy from becoming a full Axis ally. 2 units are required in each colony except Tunisia where 3 units are required
Reduced French colony unit experience to 40% matching main land units
Fixed invasion/disembark popup messages
Added water road logistics for Leningrad
Each country now has specific main supply sources on the map

Game, scenarios, rules, modding document, scenario notes, and custom maps updated (logistics and resource)

--If you have mods please do a comparison resources that are and are not supply sources. Generally all brown 5 production urban are NOT supply sources anymore. Some cities have changed also. The Russian factory moves have also changed.

Glad it does not require directx 12, but please, do not make directx 12 a necessary requirement, many configs do not support fully directx 12...

Please help me find the patch Alvaro

The link I just updated above. This is a BETA test which means you have to copy paste the files. It isn't an install update.

I attempted to install the latest patch and get the message "Failed to load mono". I believe I copied all the unzipped files to the proper location.

Any idea what I may of done wrong?

What version of windows do you use ?

The game files should be here generally. I have them somewhere else.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix\WarPlan

Do not put them in the C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan directory.

If you are having issues with the beta try...
#1 See what version of Direct X you are running.
Start -> Run -> dxdiag
Windows XP is using DX9 and that is being phased out
You should be using DirectX 12

#2 deleting all the folders that have the same name in the games directory before copying although I think copying over already does that.

Not all graphic cards can handle directx 12, and IMHO it’s overkill for a 2d game like WarPlan...

Is there not a way to program Unity 2019 to use good old directx 9.0c as minimum ?

DirectX 9 is quite old now. I hope you will find a way for all your customers:
