is there a possibility to bring independent units to a new ohq? like gettin an ohq for some indi units?

You can restore a OHQ taht was lost in combat.
But there is no OHQ for Indepdant units. Except that the SHQ can work like that, if they are within OHQ range of the SHQ.

OHQ are all about homogenized units with proper Table of Units and a collection of indies would not fullfill that.

You can form a battlegroup with independent units.
