Seeing turn number within turn?

Is there a way to see the turn number (rather than the date in the upper right corner) during your turn? I see it at the beginning of each turn but would like to know how to find it while I'm playing the turn.

Yes: tooltip on that date in the upper right corner shows you what round it is and the equivalent earth date
