Sorry if I'm out of the loop, but what is it and where do I find it???
I believe you are wondering what is Panzer Leo's H2H mod for Steel Panthers WaW.

The mod will require a fresh install of Steel Pnthers, if you don't wish to disturb a current install of the game.
