Water source on glacier

I know it is no necessarily a bug, but is feels very silly and like a bit of a slap in the face that your prospecting was used on it. And now your level 9 unlimited water source has become level 7 and limited.

The only question is: Is the Glacier one still "below" that one?
Aka, do you have sped up mining for 197k, then difficulty 9 for the unlimited?

Speed up mining? Is level 7 not going to be slower than an level 9. I always assumed glacier mining had the same rules as other mining. But now that I'm looking at it something weird is going on with it.

At Level 7 I get -20%. So I am pretty sure higher is worse.

Higher is better. You get a 10% penalty per level below 9.
Level 7 is -2%, level 3 is -60%.
So yes, going from an infinite level 9 source to a limited level 7 source is an incredible downgrade

Agreed, then it is a unambigious downgrade.
