Assault guns way too fuel efficient

I ran into a strange bug in my on stream campaign, where my Assault Gun model was way more fuel efficient than my Medium Tanks. More efficient than some of my Light Tanks, in fact.
The Vormithrax Assault Gun has Heavy Diesel engine with a 105 howitzer and 50mm armor. The Tortuga and DasTactic Medium Tanks both have 50mm armor and a 60mm howitzer, but the Tortuga has a gas guzzling Double Diesel engine, while the DasTactic has the same Heavy Diesel as the Vormithrax.
This might be a tricky bug to find, as the campaign was begun under a 1.2 beta and has been continually patched to 1.3 beta 6. Save here: https://we.tl/t-UTmbx0gcFp
