I've noticed some are whited out and you can not click on. I've read the prerequisite rules but some no matter what do not give option such as Frogmen or A bomb. So I ask are these available and I'm doing something wrong or were these optional rules not in present version? Thanks in advance.

Any that can't be selected have not been coded yet. Some can be selected if other option are selected. If you play with cruiser in flames you will be able to select rough seas.

Thank you. I thought that might be the case for some not being coded in yet. There are a couple I did use on tabletop version. But there are more than enough to keep me occupied for a long time!
