[1.03beta8]Advisor post has vanished

I have a wierd case, where I have no advisors and no way to recruit one.
Situation:
- still early in the game, still on one city
- I needed the advisor for another job, so I moved him there
- one the first turn after I had no good candidate and no PP to dismiss, so I hit postpone.
- I have not been asked to put someone else in the post. In my Cabinet overview, the post is not listed. I can not ask the Secretary to start a selection process either.
For all other jobs I was asked every turn for a new leader. So I guess the game kinda forgot I should ahve a Advisor.
I just hope that conquering a city will have the game remember there was a post that needs filling.
