Disable arachnids/mutants

We should have an option to disable them on planet creation as they don’t always make sense.

I agree with configuration and flags like you suggest.
I will offer, I think mutants are based on the "Reavers" of Serenity/Firefly, more than dumb zombies. I agree that zombies in environmental suits makes little sense even in fantasy.
