1) Will PBEM work if two Players are using different Versions of the game?

2) If so will the play be per the higher or lower Version?

3) Are there any known ill effects from changing Version during a game(s) in progress?

#1 yes
#2 scenario by who starts it. Combat and operation by each version
#3 with 1.00.07 there shouldn't be.
