I researched Cooper Recon Buggy II but I'm missing how to actually build one. I would think the option would be under the Raise Form. button, but no.

So where are vehicles built?

You start with the ability to produce indepedant units (no OHQ). Anything more must be researched by the Staff Council, area "Orders of Battle".

Two things might be happening. The first is if you have only discovered the Recon Buggy Model but not researched it. If you have researched it, then perhaps you do not have an OHQ for it yet. If this is the case, try and see if it lets you build an independent unit. Go to Raise Form and click the little box that says independent. See if this helps. Good luck!

Look under the tab Repl. Troops. There you can build your new Buggy and then replace them into your existing Unit.

The process is:
1. Model Council finds the Idea for a Model
2. Model Council designs actuall model
3. You can now raise independant Units of this type. You can attach up to 2 indy-units to a OHQ.
4. For serious foramtions with OHQ, you need to wait for the Staff Council getting you a Order of Battle and Institutionalizing it.

Is the buggy even in any OOB? I haven't seen one yet. You can attach 1 or 2 to a normal OHQ if you want, though.

Click the button in the top right.

Thanks for all the replies. Yep, clicking that "Independent" box did it.
