Missing tooltip with info on relation change (due to corporation discontent) 1.03b9b

Leader relation change due to corporation "board discontent" is not explained in the leader relation tooltip (in Reports => Overview => Personnel Overview, when hovering with the mouse over the relation change - there is not tooltip with explanation). It also does appear in the letterbox, so the reason takes a while to find.
