1. Use oil phase. Germany uses the first saved Berlin oil point to reorg all their units (0.7 worth), leaving 0.3.

2. Germany then "expends" the remaining 0.3 of the Berlin oil point to continue.

3. The axis then use the first saved Stuttgart oil point to reorg all of Italy's units (0.8 worth), leaving 0.2.

4. Next the axis go through the prompts to "expend" the remaining 0.2 Stuttgart oil point but instead the program expends the (remaining) full saved oil point in Berlin.

YIKES!!!!

I have fixed this.

An easy work around until I get a new hot patch out is to set the oil resources you do not want to use to "Don't Use".
