Demand for QoL score above 100

As far as I know, QoL for a zone can't go above 100. So a demand for average QoL of 104 seems like a bug...

Will be fixed upcoming patch. Not a lot of players got to that high QOL levels. Thanks for reporting. In the meantime the work around is relatively obvious
