"Scavenger Team" feat provides no credits 1.03b11

The Scavenger Team unit feat (from Opportunism, commerce profile regime feat) is stated to provide credit for most kills (by sub-units it is embedded with). I would presume "most" implies at least 50%.
I've saved pre-combat and rerolled the combat multiple times - overall the specific sub-units with this embedded unit feat had some 10 kills in total across the retries, and not once my credit total increased from pre-combat. I've also not seen anything regarding extra credits on the treasury cashflow report, on the turn of combat or the next turn.
