Supply for defeated minor regimes' units

I just conquered a city that belonged to a Raider minor regime
they didn't disband the turn after conquest
would they now start to degrade due to lack of supply/ replacements? or would they become "minor without a city" and ignore supply and replacement rules?

I think they ignore supply rules I know when a Minor city falls to me and continues to fight the units don't degrade over time. Or don't seem to.

That they do not despawn is a bug, that can be avoided by keeping their zone connected to the city (not a complete encirclement).

I would guess right now they turn into "minor without City", meaning no worries about supply.
