Does the 100 limit on BP ever go up?

The 100 Hard Cap was a bug. It was supposed to be a soft cap.
In th beta, it is a soft cap.

To my knowledge it does not go up. Indeed there is even another modifier that makes such a large bureacracy extrewmely unwieldy.

Whats the point of increasing bureaucracy if you lose most of it over the cap?

You still got more then if you did not increase it.

Also, wich of the 2 softcaps do you mean? The 100 BP/Budget Entry thing? Or the one for basic "Bureacracy Size"?

I mean the 100 cap basic havent built to much yet only have like 10 cities.

150-25 > 100.

Until and unless the penalty hits 50%, you will always get somewhat more.

But yes, the incentive and purpose is to not focus to much on any one thing.
