a problem with PM

Hey guys,
I have a problem with my PM, one guy in the forum has sent me a PM and I tried to replay and the system told me my replay has been sent successively, but I can't find my massages.
Also, can you just allow me to sent links and photos? I know about the restriction and I can't send photos and links until my 10th messages but I don't want to share some unbeneficial comments just to unlock it.
