Is there any info window where you can check the complete list of your forces?

I assume you're asking if there is an order of battle menu or table which lays out all your current combat units, how many of each type there are, what their status is, etc.

I haven't seen one. I wish there was. The closest thing is the chart in the reports menu which show the bar strengths for total land, air, and naval.
