Change victory conditions to be a bit faster to achieve

I think the current 50% victory score and no one else at 25% is a bit excessive as at those scores you have long long time ago and there can be situation where a major is at 25% and you have to go through other majors to get and kick whomever is at 25% and preventing you from achieving victory.

Dropping the 25% requirement to being half of your current score would be fine as you most likely would outpace the whomever is at 25% while getting to them and it would shave off extra turns. Or at the very least have a toggle to switch between these two options

I also think that the exact victory point limit could be an option of 40, 45 or 50. Or maybe even free form for player to choose.

A good idea. It would get around the guy being "just" 25% not being a real challenge, if you control literally 75% of the planet.
