When building rail across low mountains i sometimes get a negative balance of metal and IP. Next turn it resets to a 0 balance then starts accumulating both again. I am not using more than i have stockpiled for the rail construction. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I think you are on a rather old version. Please make sure you are playing with the latest v1.04
