Hello,

Quick question..is their a view that shows me how suitable my pool of leaders are to a particular job?

I realise you can see suitability rating but I am not sure what job this is relevant to?

You can only see teh suitability for their current job, unforunately.

Suitability rating is only calculated when there's a specific job open and your secretary asks you to nominate someone, therefore it's always the suitability to this specific job.

Otherwise, I've found the best way to gauge whether a leader is suited for a job is to look into the manual what skills the job requires. The Capacity Level (i.e. how fast the leader can gain experience) is also a factor, and of course there are always politics. :p
