[1.04b2] Pull Logistics Toggle On-Off

Per the image, I think the toggle is poorly implemented. This should be unambiguous. A color or absence of a color, with that color being red is the visual equivalent of using a double negative.
I recommend the word "Off" with a background color and "On" with a background color. You could substitute those words with a graphic X and graphic check mark.
The game's interface has a common, recurring problem with many (but not all) tooltips as well. The tooltip should not only explain what the control or text does, it should provide further detail as to the actual status. "Automatic asset pull points are turned off. Click to toggle on the use of automatic asset pull points." is much better.
I know which indicator means on and which means off, but I don't think it is unambiguous.
For reference, Game Build v 1.04-beta2; Scenario Build v1.04-beta2; Last Game Build used 104-beta2; Scenario Version Number #42.
I am running a Win 10 Pro 64bit, Intel i7-1065G7, 16GB RAM. It is a Surface Pro 7, connected to 2560x1600 display monitor via USB-C. That's Intel Iris Plus integrated graphics.
