Really bad farming spot

Picking the right spot for farming outside the city seems to be a bit tricky. For example I had it placed right in a Ruin field. With Ocean to teh south and north. And forrest to the west.

I count maybe 4 hexes within Range 3, where it could place expand the area into - asuming that areal can skip over unfarmable terrain like Ruins, forrest and forrests

Game and Scenario Version: 1.04beta3. But this is not a new behavior at all.

I imagine that is private sector farming facility?

Edit. Also notice the weird space between the T and Z in the minor capital name. Even the letter I seems quite spaciously placed

The private one is in the city. That is the public one. And it looks like it picked the one with the least amount of expansion space.

As for the letter distances: I asume it is because the name goes over hexborders.

Areal creation can skip over ruins, and it can clear forests, heavy forests, jungle, and cloud forests. The only forests it can't clear are mountainous ones.

E.g., all this areal is servicing a farm in the city.

Artifact quality. Single white is uncommon. Yellow is rare. Double white is very rare.
