Victory conditions differ between manual and game

The win conditions in the manual are significantly different from the game. Game manual states you need a victory score over 50 and a difference with your closest opponent of 25. Reality is that the game requires no other opponent above a 25 score. Extraordinarily different. I think the manual conditions are fairer, but that's not the game in practice.

Somebody sugested:
"At least 50%, and more then double your next closest Competitor".
That would not require pushing down the others either, if you are just big enough.
