I couldn't repeat it but on a turn in the 40's the game just shut down to desktop. When I reran the turn save it worked, just thought I should mention it.

Just happened again, on Beta 4. The game just went away and I was back on desktop. Happens during the later stages of the AI turns.

Have your phone record video of the ai turn running and maybe see where it dies?

There is text that provides some indication of what the loops are doing as it runs. Messages about fronts, etc.

I'll run some dozen turns to see if I can repeat this.

Possible work around might be to switch of watch AI moves in prefs.
