[1.04b3] Soldier Salary: weird current salary display

The soldier salary has quite little impact on morale. Way less than worker happiness for example.
And now I see that the system thinks I pay them less than 3 credits, while I pay either 0.008 credits (per soldier), or 132 credits in total.
The 2,667 number is odd and I don't see it anywhere else.
Maybe this is a bug, and I can reliably raise soldier morale using salary in the future?
(Raising salary from the default 0.001 to 0.008 (8-fold increase!) results in +4 soldier morale..)
