Suggestion: Capture and use enemy troops/vehicles

I feel like it would be cool if captured enemy troops and gear are tracked.

Captured troops could represent a drag on the economy/units as they need to be fed, guarded, and the wounded treated. Perhaps you could have a decision on how captured troops are treated (example levels might be well, minimal, no quarter) that then affects how likely a given regime would be at accepting peace (and maybe even how likely surrender is). Repatriating captured troops could also be a bargaining chip or done freely for the benefit of better relations.

Maybe also add "research captured enemy tech" as an item for the Military Research council.

It would be especially neat to be able to capture and reuse enemy troops/vehicles/tech. This would mostly be relevant if troops surrender, but there might be a slight chance for destroyed vehicles/other units to be reusable.

Currently Equipment and the people manning it (including their XP) are one, indivisible piece. We need to resort to stuff like Replace just to get the XP to new gear.
Equipment can not exist in the game without being in a Subunit with 100 Soldiers. Wich raises the question, where the soldiers for that captured gear come from. Or where that gear went, if you lacked soldiers.
The GR stuff happens rarely enough, that there is no issue. But this would be a common occurence.

Without a major change, the best we can hope for is a way to salvage raw material, manpower and possibly the ideas - like we already have salvager that generate credits for kills.
