Just operationalized Mechanized Siege Grenadier Infantry and got this message:

"Operationalisation of OOB complete: Mechanized Siege Grenadier Infantry Corps, Mechanized Siege Grenadier Infantry Brigade, Mechanized Assault Grenadier Infantry Brigade and Mechanized Siege Grenadier Infantry Army."

Mechanized Assault Grenadier Infantry Brigade definitely does not belong in that list, and it cannot be selected in the formation type overview report.

1.04 / 1.03 beta12 has been out for almost a week now.
We are 1.04beta5 as of today.

So either you forgot to upgrade, or you are refering to the savegame version. In either case, it sounds like a error based on hte old version.

I think this required a game restart with latest version to be fixed indeed.
