Shouldn't the game prorate out the VP points to August 45?
If Germany is overrun earlier it makes it look like the Allies lost.

Also, because of the way the VP is allocated both France and Italy usually win the war. Maybe need to trigger some subtraction for VP totals when a country has to surrender.

I would also include that if a country it´s neutral, it gains no VP...no guts, no glory.
Obviously this will make to tweak the VP numbers for Italy, USA and URSS.
