This is funny, I have absolutely no mods installed.
There is a line of pixel that seems missing under
2-2 for the Vichy French troops. See and compare with the
3-2 UK unit.

I have to slide the units.png for Vichy down a couple pixels

Thanks a lot, I have tried to solve myself Turkey, the three Vichy countries but for an unknown reason, it won't show up correctly after.

Yes, take Germany and declare war to all possible countries. You will see there is one pixel line missing for Turkey, the three Vicky (NA, France, Syria) and Hungary (a little bit).
