Tool Tip for Unit Info Tab Unit Name

Often the names of the military units are longer than the tab on the unit info tab can handle. For example, I see 1st Motorized Infantry, but I can't tell if it is a battalion or a regiment because that gets cut off. (I know I can guess based on the strength of the unit, but that is not my point). I want to hover over the tab and in X amount of milliseconds (settable of course) have a tooltip pop up with the full unit name.
