I just uninstalled and reinstalled steam. It seems to be working fine here. Just to be sure your time zone is July 14th 2020 currently right?

So are you saying I need to uninstall and re-install WarPlan?
I bought the game on 1 July. Two weeks today. Is this a coincidence and not a timer on the beta?

I'm in July 14th and that build isn't the right one. I have to have them update it. Thanks for letting me know.
So it happens on the change to the 15th.

Hi Alvaro,
the same issue is happening to me with the Matrix installers (just picked up the game and installed the 1.00.07.2 patch via the installer available from Matrix Games website).

Yea when Matrix opens they will upload it to the server. I am very sorry this happened. The last time when it did I fixed it. I think I know what happened.
I checked the code. I went to Control-S to save it. I think I might have Control-Z at the same time and undid the last code then saved not realizing it. Because my newer beta has the correct code. And that was updated the same time. So I think I accidentally Controlled-Z as I saved on the official version.

No worries, Alvaro. I perfectly understand. It's not like you can setup a Travis CI pipeline with Unity projects. I don't know where you're based, but probably it is a bit late. Have a good night!
