HS rail station cost

Hello,
Little problem with the HS rail station's cost, maybe:
This is the cost in the construction screen.
And this is the cost when you look at the station's details:
Is it intended that it takes 20, then 5 machines, and later even more? Did you maybe mean for it to require rare metals instead?
