Faction overview. Don't default to the first faction when inspecting a member

When you click on a person in the Faction overview party report and then close the window, you default back the first faction.If you are trying to decide who in the faction should get the new fancy governor position since they have Prof for that, it's rather bothersome to change party back all the time.
My suggestion is that you stay in the faction you had selected untill you click to another faction.

Yes, please, also ran into this in a current game, resulting in some confusion at first.

Minor issue but it annoys me every time I browse it. Basically it's the best (only?) place to find the factions profile. That's where I find which factions I want to favour, then I look at which reserve pool member is good enough to have an actual job and it's reset for every leader.

Yeah, Faction Profiles should *definitively* at least show up in the Leader popup screen under their Faction, at worst in the description popup for what the Faction field is :
