Is it possible, for an OHQ subunit, say an armour unit, to specify how many models of what kind of armor model are in the unit? For example, I might want one HV medium tank 2 howitzer mediums and 2 large howitzer assault guns in a given battalion.

Such a thing is not possible with standard formations. It might be possible with battlegroups, but that would most likely require maintaining the ratios by hand.

It's possible to create such armor unit by picking 3 models to fill it. But it will be not possible to maintain it if it suffer combat losses without manual tranfer.
