I went for Napoleon's Campaign Eylau-Friedland 1806-7, Wellington's Peninsular War & Civil War Campaign Shenandoah

Notice you have listed two non sale titles as well, or did you combine them into a single USD 199,- or more order?
As with previous sales I did not plan for more than a couple of titles, but ending up buying more anyway.

Yes, I did a BulkOrder discount getting 2nd copies of Civil War Gettysburg and French & Indian War as well(gifts for a reenactor of Union infantry & Roger's Rangers). Own all the Civil War, Napoleonic, Early American, Naval Battles, most Squad Battles and most WW 2 Campaign Series.

I like Naval Battles Midway and it will be challenging to find the Japanese carriers and survive the air attacks on your carriers as well.
I love Bonaparte's Peninsular Campaign for the many small to medium sized scenarios. Great variety of units too.
I have not tried any of the Air War games since I was a foot soldier and is my preference.
Sitting on the fence with the new Wolfpack game. Glad to see so many like it in the forums.

Just one game Battles in North Africa 1941, as I've bought every other game I wanted over the years.
I have a number of Squad Battle games original CD's which I never play along with the serial numbers for the Gold upgrades, again never implemented, would be willing to sell cheap to any gamers in the UK.

Funny - everybody complains about the AI (Not me - I'm not good enough to beat it) and then they buy ton of games.

I don't like the AI of any of his games but I keep buying them. I'm guilty.

I also picked up MAP War over the Mideast... I'd been looking at it for soooo long; just had to have it.

I bought it when it came out years ago and could never understand why the same SAMs in the Vietnam game were annoying but the ones in Mideast were deadly. Maybe its something hardcoded for historical flavor.

I like them but I have always been a sucker for strategic level games. I have had these games for over a decade and the purchases replace the disk versions I have.

Not sure. I am hoping to get in some play time when I am on vacation next week.

The Early American War games have fewer units in scenarios so the AI is fair to good. Since I like near Saratoga, NY I am in French & Indian and Revolutionary war territory. Love vacationing in Montreal & Quebec (before pandemic) to see the battle sites there.
The French & Indian War has lots of dense wood terrain in several battles which makes for some tense ambush situations.

Campaign 1776 & War of 1812 also have small to medium sized scenarios with lots of terrain types. Again, fewer units allow AI to do a fair to good job.

NOTE: always use Fog of War setting for maximum challenge.

The Mexican American War game is good but I find there are lots of small units/sections to move. However, it is the "only game in town" on the subject.

I purchased the Marengo Campaign. I had just started rereading Chandler's Campaigns of Napoleon, and the game is a perfect accompinament.

I've played all versions of the JT games since the Talonsoft days. There are many improvements, including the latest maps looking (almost) as good as the original hand drawn ones. One big, big problem is the breaking of batteries into gun sections. It slows the game way down and leads to a historically long road columns with a 1 gun section blocking a road hex, while the ammo trains, which should take up 5-10 hexes are still only 1 hex. It also breaks the AI, such as it is, as it can't untangle the enormous stacks of units at entry points such as the Chambersburg Pike. We really need the option to combine sections into batteries, or is that already there as a hidden option?
