Runtime error on Server

Hi, I received a email today which told me: We noticed you have downloaded some turns multiple times. If you are having any technical issues please report them at www.slitherine.com/forum. We'll do our best to resolve any issues and get you up and running ASAP.
Actually, I didn't "cheating" at all, it's because I meet the problem when saving the game after I finishing my turn.
The window jumped out and say "runtime error", after I click OK, the game went back to windows.
So I had to finish my turn with several saves. During each save, I finished one or two Army in 15 min, and save it. Then load the save file and do the rest.
If I do my turn in one time, it will report error and I need do my click from the beginning again, it's a little upset for me being treated "cheating"
