A quote from manual about AI major:

Uses same rules for Profiles and related Unit Feats

Then I get this beauty at Turn 4. For player it's simply impossible feat as you need not only to collect 60 points but also wait X turns to unlock tier3 regime feat.

AI seems to not bother with it. [:@]

Did you have Nemesis checked? Also doesn't the AI gets some kind of boost on hard+ difficulty?

No, only "Severe Violence" was enabled. No, this game is on regular difficulty (I ragequit previous new game on hard because I was lucky enough to be gangbanged between two majors almost at start).

I have been recoding the AI to adhere to the same rules as the human players for beta10.
